However, the provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access or flawless operation of the services, as they may be subject to occasional disruptions, maintenance, or technical difficulties.

2.2 The user acknowledges that the telephony and data solutions may be provided through third-party networks, and the provider shall not be responsible for the quality, speed, or reliability of such networks.

2.3 The provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the telephony and data solutions, including features, without prior notice or liability.

3 User Responsibilities

3.1 The user agrees to use the telephony and data solutions in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. The user shall not engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activities while using the services.

3.2 The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials, such as usernames and passwords, associated with the telephony and data solutions. The user shall notify the provider immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

3.3 The user acknowledges that the provider may collect and process certain personal data as necessary for the provision of the telephony and data solutions. The user agrees to comply with the provider's privacy policy, which outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

4 Intellectual Property

4.1 The telephony and data solutions, including any software, applications, or proprietary materials provided by the provider, are protected by intellectual property laws. The user agrees not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the telephony and data solutions without prior written permission from the provider.

5 Limitation of Liability

5.1 The user acknowledges that the telephony and data solutions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.2 In no event shall the provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the telephony and data solutions, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6 Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate the provision of telephony and data solutions by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the user's access to the services shall cease, and the user shall no longer be entitled to any data stored within the telephony and data solutions.

6.2 The user may also terminate the telephony and data solutions by following the procedures outlined by the provider, which may include canceling by contacting customer support at info@completeonellc.com.

7 Miscellaneous

7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the provider regarding the telephony and data solutions and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

7.2 The provider may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another party without the user's consent. The user may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without the provider's prior written consent.

7.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.

By using our telephony and data solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our telephony and data solutions.
